The verdict
The 2024 Acura MDX SH-AWD with A-SPEC Package is listed at $40,940 with 31,460 miles. The Caboose score is 8.1 out of 10, built from three things: how far below market the price sits, how much of the 200,000-mile target is still ahead of the odometer, and how often this model reaches 250,000 miles in the iSeeCars study (13.1% of Acura MDXs do).
The asking price is $2,122 (4.9%) under the CarGurus expected price of $43,062, which is a real discount rather than a rounding gap. That puts it in the top group of cars on this site, so it is worth a same-week inspection before someone else books one.
