The verdict
The 2022 Lexus RX 350L AWD is listed at $37,300 with 59,255 miles. The Caboose score is 8.1 out of 10, built from three things: how far below market the price sits, how much of the 200,000-mile target is still ahead of the odometer, and how often this model reaches 250,000 miles in the iSeeCars study (12.8% of Lexus RXs do).
The asking price is $2,093 (5.3%) under the CarGurus expected price of $39,393, which is a real discount rather than a rounding gap. That puts it in the top group of cars on this site, so it is worth a same-week inspection before someone else books one.
