The verdict
The 2022 Acura MDX SH-AWD with Advance Package is listed at $29,470 with 68,773 miles. The Caboose score is 7.9 out of 10, built from three things: how far below market the price sits, how much of the 200,000-mile target is still ahead of the odometer, and how often this model reaches 250,000 miles in the iSeeCars study (13.1% of Acura MDXs do).
The asking price is $2,024 (6.4%) under the CarGurus expected price of $31,494, which is a real discount rather than a rounding gap. That puts it in the middle of the pack, so treat it as a candidate to compare rather than a car to rush.
