The verdict
The 2017 Mazda CX-5 Sport is listed at $14,795 with 91,155 miles. The Caboose score is 7.5 out of 10, built from three things: how far below market the price sits, how much of the 200,000-mile target is still ahead of the odometer, and how often this model reaches 250,000 miles in the iSeeCars study (6.8% of Mazda CX-5s do).
The asking price is within a few hundred dollars of the CarGurus expected price of $14,001, so the discount is thin and the deal rests on the car itself. That puts it in the middle of the pack, so treat it as a candidate to compare rather than a car to rush.
